Sony Ericsson’s new multimedia phone has arrived; the Sony Ericsson Vivaz has now been made available on Orange pay monthly contract deals from free with a further Vivaz Pro model planned soon.
The Red Sony Ericsson Vivaz has a unique selling point in that it can record HD quality video clips at 720p resolution; this alongside an 8.1 mega pixel camera with a whole host of imaging features makes for a great photographic phone.
The Sony Ericsson Vivaz pro offers internal memory of 75 MB as standard for storage of data such as music tracks or photos etc. The micro SD slot is also included which has a pre-installed 8 GB memory card. Should further storage be required, this can be replaced with a larger memory card of up to 16 GB which offers ample storage for an entire digital music collection so is therefore sure to meet the needs of most users.
Launched as a Vodafone network exclusive phone, the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Red will only be available on Vodafone pay monthly contract deals for this period, this usually lasts for around 30 days before the other network operators are able to sell the model with Orange looking to be the next to offer this new handset.
Continuing with camera feature, LED flash also comes with Vivaz to support night photography. With Geo-tagging application, you can come to know about the location from where the picture has been captured. Variety of social media applications in Vivaz includes Face book and Twitter accessing. One can chat with online friends anytime and anywhere with such social networking sites integration feature allowed with the phone. Business users can be delighted to know that organizer, voice memo, document reader as well as Google maps come with it.
Sony Ericsson Vivaz comes fitted with the camera of 3264 x 2448 pixel resolution, touch focus, LED flash, face and smile recognition, image stabilizer, white balancing, geo-tagging and video calling features.
You can then share your HD videos with family and friends with the TV Out port which allows you to playback your video clips on an HD TV. There are also a whole host of imaging features built into the camera including video light, 4 x digital zoom, smile detection, send to web, image stabilizer, geo-tagging, face detection and autofocus.
The young face of this gadget has an aromatic slim design with an elegant face. The mobile functions on 5th edition of Symbian OS series 60 with a 720 MHz CPU and embedded SGX Graphics. Sony Ericsson Vivaz price is inexpensive and gives incomparable value of money for the features it provides.
Sony Ericsson has enabled the Vivaz to connect to the internet via 3G and Wi Fi; both provide high speed connections and are quite reliable for signal, you and set up bookmarks so your favorite’s website is within tapping distance and the zoom and scrolling controls are receptive and simple. You’re Face book, Twitter and Bebo accounts can all be accessed and maintained from the Vivaz as you would when operating from a desktop. You can access both YouTube and the BBC iPlayer from the handset as they both have integrated shortcuts in the phones software.
